Gorgeous Breathtaking views that your family will be so happy to have. Enjoy the pool and dock in the backyard. Melt into the peacefulness of our "Bear Necessities Cabin". Close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, to spend a day there to enjoy all of the attractions they have to offer. Then, come back to the peacefulness of our Douglas Lake Cabin. You truly have the best of both worlds. Don't forget to rent a pontoon for the fam.

The space

Brand new washer/dryer tower, arcade game to keep you entertained, family games. The most beautiful views. Souuronded by gorgeous forrest, breathtaking view of Douglas lake from our back deck. Relax in the Hot Tub and enjoy those views.

Pool is for guests and owners only. Guess pass in our cabin. The pier is also for guests and owners.

Additional house rules

We do have parking at the cabin but it is limited. WHEN PARKING ALL TIRES need to be off of the roadway per HOA rules as the roads are not vary wide. Thank you for ensuring this. Thank you for reaching out, we are so happy to have you. I just want to make sure that you see that we charge a $125 cleaning fee that needs to be paid separately through Airbnb anytime until the day before check in because it gets processed directly to our third party cleaning company. Please let us know that this is acceptable and then I will approve the request to book. Please enjoy our home and take care of it so you can visit in the future. Check in is 4 PM or after but before 10 pm. Check out is 10 am so our cleaners have ample time to clean for our next guests. Please respect the hot tub and replace the cover after use. If you have any issues during your stay we do have a cleaning/maintenance company 24/7. Quiet hours form 10 pm to 7 am. Pool is not open to public, it is for owners and guests only.
